Taking Time to Recharge, Reset and Prioritise Wellbeing


At Omega Kitchens, we know how important it is to take time to look after both physical and mental wellbeing, which is why we were proud to support Women’s Mental Health Week with a series of relaxing yoga sessions for our team.

We were delighted to welcome Liana from Resilient Soul Yoga, who hosted a number of calming and restorative sessions designed to encourage mindfulness, relaxation and balance throughout the working day. The sessions gave colleagues the opportunity to step away from their desks, slow down for a moment and focus on their own wellbeing in a supportive and positive environment.

Women’s Mental Health Week is an important reminder of the value of self-care and the impact that stress, pressure and busy lifestyles can have on mental health. Creating opportunities for our team to pause, reset and recharge is something we are passionate about at Omega, and it was fantastic to see so many people getting involved and embracing the sessions.

The feedback from the team was incredibly positive, with many enjoying the chance to switch off, reconnect and take a mindful moment during the day. Activities like these not only support individual wellbeing, but also help to create a happier, healthier and more connected workplace culture.
