Toni McLaren Joins Omega PLC as new Contracts Customer Service Manager
Omega would like to welcome Toni McLaren as our new Contracts Customer Service Manager.
Toni joins us from First Bus where she was Quality and Complaints Manager, prior to that Toni held the position of National Contact Centre Quality Lead within the same organisation. Toni will be responsible for the contracts call off, administration and customer care teams and will be supported by Team Leader, Karen Cuttell.
This appointment reflects the ongoing drive to provide exceptional customer service to our partners from initial kitchen call off through to occupied plot completions.
