After three days of cycling, determination and teamwork, the Omega C2C Bike Ride 2026 team has successfully completed an incredible 146-mile journey from Whitehaven to Sunderland, raising awareness and funds for two important charities along the way.

The challenge saw seven members of the Omega team.. Nicola, Alan, Ellie, Michael, Joshua, Jack and Diane take on one of the UK's most iconic coast-to-coast cycling routes in support of Foundation of Light (SAFC) and Alzheimer's Research UK.

Covering 146 miles across some of the country's most demanding terrain, the team faced steep climbs, long days in the saddle and ever-changing conditions. Their commitment, resilience and positive attitude throughout the challenge were a testament to the strength of teamwork and the passion behind the causes they were supporting.

While completing the route was a fantastic achievement in itself, the challenge was about far more than the miles covered. Every pedal stroke helped raise awareness and vital funds for two charities that continue to make a meaningful difference to individuals, families and communities across the UK.

The successful completion of the ride marks the culmination of months of preparation, training and fundraising, with colleagues, friends, family members and supporters all playing a part in helping the team reach the finish line.

Everyone at Omega would like to congratulate Nicola, Alan, Ellie, Michael, Joshua, Jack and Diane on their outstanding achievement and thank all those who have donated, offered encouragement and supported the team throughout their journey.

The fundraising page remains open for anyone who would still like to contribute and support Foundation of Light (SAFC) and Alzheimer's Research UK.

Congratulations to Team Omega on an inspiring coast-to-coast challenge and a truly memorable achievement.
