Dave's deep product knowledge, sharp problem-solving skills, and leadership have played a vital role in ensuring we consistently deliver the highest standards to our customers. From day one, he had a drive for excellence, and the determination to make a difference - and he's done exactly that. 🙌
 

25 years ago, to the day, Dave joined Omega with a mindset geared towards progress. Since then, he has guided our technical operations with precision, integrity, and unwavering focus.

His approach to lead, mentor, and support his team and support wider teams at Omega have earned him great respect across the business. He is not only a technical leader but also positive force, who strengthens the culture and spirit of Omega every day.
