💬 It's Okay To Talk.
Today, we were honoured to welcome Ben Rhodes from #ANDYSMANCLUB to Omega Kitchens, where he delivered an insightful and impactful presentation to our teams on the importance of men's mental health.
Ben spoke about the vital work carried out by ANDYSMANCLUB, encouraging men to open up, seek support, and recognise that they do not have to face life's challenges alone. 🤝
The session reinforced the importance of breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health and fostering environments where individuals feel safe and supported to have open, honest conversations.
ANDYSMANCLUB is a men's suicide prevention charity that provides free, peer-to-peer support groups across the UK, helping men through the power of conversation.
Their message is simple, yet profoundly important: #ItsOkayToTalk.
