Sophie, the Countess of Wessex has been showing us a glimpse of her kitchen in Indigo Blue when she thanked crew members of the Thames Valley Air Ambulance. These crew members have been redeployed to help their NHS colleagues working on the front line.

The Countess also baked scones as she took part in BBC Children in Need's Act Your Age challenge for Girlguiding UK.
Cheese and bacon scones
The Countess made 55 cheese and bacon scones to reflect her age as part of the #ActYourAge challenge for the charity.
Sophie's scones were delivered to The Hope Hub Camberley, a charity supporting homeless people in Surrey
