 Currently working on BST in the Machine Shop, Ricky plays an important role in helping to keep production running smoothly. Through operating machinery, maintaining high standards of quality, and ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently, he helps deliver the products our customers rely on every day. ✨  
  
Over the past 25 years, Ricky has built a wealth of knowledge and experience, becoming a valued and dependable member of the team. Known for his straightforward approach and willingness to simply get on with the job, he has earned the respect of colleagues across the business. His dedication, reliability, and commitment to producing quality work have made a lasting contribution to both the Machine Shop and Omega as a whole.
