Omega PLC Strengthens Its Design Team

We are pleased to announce the promotion of two members of the Omega team to key positions. Ben Jones has been promoted to the role of Creative Lead Design Manager, while Ashley Gerrard has been appointed as Retail Design Manager. These appointments reflect our ongoing commitment to providing unrivaled design to our customers.

Ben has been with Omega for over 15 years and will now be responsible for the strategic design direction of the business. He will interpret where kitchen design is going, Omega’s lead on this, and ensure that Omega’s contract and retail teams are true to these principles. In his new role, Ben will also be providing high-level design and product expertise to customers and working with the Technical Team to develop and implement new products into our chosen markets.

Ashley, who has been with Omega for over four years, has a wealth of experience in Project and Retail Design in the kitchen manufacturing and retail sector. As Retail Design Manager, she will be responsible for all aspects of Design fulfillment projects across the Retail business, including customer Displays, VIP commissions, and Omega’s internal showrooms.

We are thrilled to confirm these appointments, which will enable us to offer even more high-level design and new product expertise to our Retail and Contracts Customers and our Sales Teams going forward.
