About The Business

Could you tell us a bit about your showroom and where you're based?

We're based in the town of Ramsbottom, just north of Manchester. The majority of the work we do is across the North West, including Bolton, Bury, Lancashire, Rossendale and Manchester.

How long have you been in business and what inspired you to start?

We first opened our doors on 1st March 1996, so we're proudly celebrating 30 years in business this year. The company was founded by Tracey and David, who had both worked in the kitchen industry and decided to take the leap and start something of their own. A long-standing family friend, Sean Cafferty of Atlantis Kitchens, had recently opened his own showroom, which helped inspire them to give it a go themselves, and the rest is history.

Showroom & Projects

Could you tell us about a recent project you're especially proud of?

One of our most recent showroom installations, and one we're particularly proud of, is our Novus display. It sits directly in front of one of the main entrances, so from the outset we knew it had to be a real showstopper, as it's often the very first impression customers get of the showroom. We feel we really achieved that, not only by showcasing some incredible products, but by creating a display that immediately reflects the quality and attention to detail that goes into all of our work.

What do you enjoy most about helping customers design kitchens?

Every customer brings their own unique challenges, which is something we really enjoy. One phrase I often use in the showroom is that starting the journey to a new kitchen can be a bit like opening Pandora's box. It's not something people do regularly, so many customers don't initially realise just how much choice there is - from products and layouts to styles and current trends.

That's where having a large, well-designed showroom really comes into its own. Customers can see everything, get hands-on with the options available, and explore what Omega has to offer, helping them refine their ideas and ultimately arrive at something that truly suits them.

Partnership with Omega

How long have you been working with Omega?

Since the very beginning.

What do you value most about your partnership with Omega?

The quality of the product, without question. We've been around for a long time, and every so often we'll have a customer visit the showroom who had a kitchen fitted by us over 25 years ago. If it's been looked after, very often it still looks as good as the day it was installed.

Having the confidence to tell customers that their kitchen can genuinely last for decades if it's cared for properly is incredibly valuable, and that confidence comes directly from the quality and consistency of Omega's products.

Do you have a favourite Omega range, door style, or finish?

My personal favourite is the Savoy door. It's a really unique style that blends traditional and modern design beautifully. It's a brilliant option for customers who don't want something ultra-modern, but also don't quite see themselves in a classic shaker kitchen either.

Looking Ahead

What are you most looking forward to in the year ahead for your business?

Our 30th anniversary celebrations, without a doubt. We've already kicked things off with a brilliant staff trip to the Lake District, and we've got an open evening coming up to celebrate with suppliers, fitters and partners. But most of all, it's a chance to really shout about what we've achieved over the last 30 years and celebrate the amazing work the team has done.

Any exciting projects or plans you'd like to share with our followers?

The new In-Frame range from Omega is incredibly exciting. We're currently in the process of finalising designs to get it on display in the showroom, and what we've developed with the Omega design team is going to knock people's socks off. Being a more rural town, it suits the style of homes we have locally perfectly, and we're confident it's going to be a real hit with our customers.

Is there anything else you'd like our audience to know about your showroom or your team?

As mentioned. we're really excited to be celebrating 30 years of business this year. And none of that would ever have been possible without the amazing team that we have here. Everyone here deserves a huge pat on the back for all their hard work. We're all incredibly proud to be celebrating this milestone, and rightly so, it is thoroughly well deserved!
