About Your Business
Could you tell us a little about your showroom and where you're based?
We have 3 in total: a large 2-storey kitchen and bedroom showroom based in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, and two smaller ones in Kenilworth (Warwickshire) and Knowle (Solihull).
How long have you been in business, and what inspired you to start?
The business was started in 1982 by John Davies, who saw a gap in the market for providing affordable kitchens supplied and fitted by one company. John's son-in-law, Dan, now oversees the day-to-day running of the business.
Showroom & Projects
Could you tell us about a recent project you're especially proud of?
Tough question, there are a few, and of course we think they are all stunning! When we're able to help customers who thought a luxury kitchen from ourselves was outside of their budget, or those with very specific needs such as disabilities, those memories stay with you.
What do you enjoy most about helping customers design their kitchens?
We enjoy maximising a space, opening up the potential in a room, and ensuring that the end result isn't just beautiful but also works on a practical level for that particular customer's lifestyle.

Over 25 years now.
What do you value most about your partnership with Omega?
Omega definitely stands out for its personal, professional service and down-to-earth approach. We have been particularly impressed with their input from Chris and James, who have helped us drive sales forward with their commitment to showroom support.
Do you have a favourite Omega range, door style, or finish?
Historically, it would have been Technica Gloss Stone, which was by far and away the most popular kitchen we have supplied over the last 25 years. Now that it is discontinued, we are particularly fond of the painted wood ranges such as Serenity, Sterling, and Sovereign, all of which we have on display.
How does Omega support your business and your customers?
Omega is always happy to speak to a client directly on the rare occasion that there may be a technical issue which requires specialist support.
Looking Ahead
What are you most looking forward to in the year ahead in your business?
We are in the process of launching a new website and will be updating displays in all three showrooms. We hope to showcase Omega's new In Frame range this year too.
