Warehouse Operative

Within our purpose-built state-of-the-art head office based in Thorne, Doncaster, we have a 400,000sq ft plant comprising of our manufacturing, warehousing and office facilities. A recent investment of £20m set us up for continued growth into the future, introducing a new warehouse, re-mapping the assembly route and investing in our people.

• Efficiently put away and replenish stock to keep operations running smoothly.
• Load and unload products from vehicles with care and precision.
• Pick items using barcode scanners, ensuring quality and accuracy, and in a timely manner.
• Prioritise tasks based on urgency - your decision-making makes a difference!
• Conduct quality checks on products - shape, size, colour, and condition.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
• Always follow Health & Safety protocols to keep yourself and your team safe.

• Flexible and adaptable - we operate various shift patterns and may need to adjust them to meet business needs.
• Detail-oriented - accuracy is key in everything we do.
• Reliable and punctual - your team counts on you.
• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to think on your feet.
• Strong teamwork skills, both written and verbal.
• FLT/PPT licenses are a bonus - but don't worry, we'll provide training if needed.
• Some manual handling experience is helpful, but not essential.
