What You'll Do
- Lead and develop our Quality, Health & Safety, and Environmental function.
- Implement and maintain an integrated management system ensuring compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001.
- Drive strategies for environmental impact reduction and promote sustainable practices.
- Champion a quality assured environment, moving beyond simple checks to robust assurance.
- Collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders to ensure zero tolerance for safety and quality failures.
- Manage a team of 6, providing strong leadership and fostering a culture of ownership and excellence.
What We're Looking For
- Degree-level education or equivalent management experience.
- Quality Assurance qualification (CQI or similar).
- ISO9001 Internal Auditor and NEBOSH or equivalent H&S qualification.
- Proven experience in QHSE leadership, audits, and compliance.
- Strong people management skills and a track record of delivering change and performance improvements.
