Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Customer Relationship & Care Team.
- Embed a culture of accountability and service excellence.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues with SLA, KPI, and legal frameworks.
- Apply data and AI to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support issue resolution and internal processes.
- Promote clear, effective customer communication.
- Deliver results in a fast-paced environment while modelling company values.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Solid grasp of business analytics and systems.
- Proven success in B2B sales and customer service at a senior level.
- Track record of driving change and performance.
Skilled in delivering continuous improvement and overcoming challenges.
