Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the Customer Relationship & Care Team.
  • Embed a culture of accountability and service excellence.
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues with SLA, KPI, and legal frameworks.
  • Apply data and AI to drive continuous improvement.  
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support issue resolution and internal processes.
  • Promote clear, effective customer communication.
  • Deliver results in a fast-paced environment while modelling company values. 

 

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Solid grasp of business analytics and systems.
  • Proven success in B2B sales and customer service at a senior level.
  • Track record of driving change and performance. 
  • Skilled in delivering continuous improvement and overcoming challenges.
