The Role

We're looking for a Contracts Invoice Controller to join our Finance team on a maternity cover basis. In this role, you'll prepare and submit applications for payment to contract customers, reconcile data in SAP, and resolve queries to ensure timely payments.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit monthly applications for payment.
  • Reconcile invoicing data and resolve discrepancies.
  • Liaise with customers to agree valuations and resolve queries.
  • Maintain dashboards and produce monthly reports in Excel. 

 

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Basic accountancy knowledge.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills. 

(SAP experience & industry knowledge desirable.)
