The Role
We're looking for a Contracts Invoice Controller to join our Finance team on a maternity cover basis. In this role, you'll prepare and submit applications for payment to contract customers, reconcile data in SAP, and resolve queries to ensure timely payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit monthly applications for payment.
- Reconcile invoicing data and resolve discrepancies.
- Liaise with customers to agree valuations and resolve queries.
- Maintain dashboards and produce monthly reports in Excel.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Basic accountancy knowledge.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
(SAP experience & industry knowledge desirable.)
