Andrew Rawlinson has been appointed Customer Operations Director and will join our board. Since joining in 2017, Andrew has been instrumental in shaping our customer operations, driving excellence across planning, service delivery, S&OP, and quality. This well-earned promotion reflects his dedication and the impact he's had on Omega. 👏

In addition, we're pleased to announce key Finance department promotions:

Nicola Cook becomes Head of Finance after three years strengthening the team, and enhancing controls across the business. 👏

And, Megan Gardiner is promoted to Commercial Finance Manager, having rapidly built a deep understanding of our products and provided valuable commercial support to both Retail and Contracts. 👏
